Do you have any hair plans for this weekend?
I do because I plan out my hair care routine for the weekends since that is when I have the most time.
This weekend I will be doing a natural hair moisture treatment.
And you should too but only if you are serious about growing your hair.
Because I straightened my hair for a holiday event yesterday.
I am going to restore moisture to my hair by doing a hair moisture treatment.

WHAT IS A HAIR MOISTURE TREATMENT?
A hair moisture treatment is exactly what it sounds like.
It adds moisture to your hair and is the perfect home remedy for dry and frizzy hair.
If your hair is always dry and doesn’t retain moisture, then you should consider doing an intense moisture treatment at least once or twice per month.
Another way to add moisture to your hair in between washes is by using a moisturizing product and the using an oil to seal it to help your hair retain the moisture.
HAIR CARE MOISTURE TREATMENT ITEMS
- 1 part conditioner
- 1 part castor oil (or oil of choice)
- 1tbsp of honey
After mixing all products and applying the mixture to my hair, I will let it stay in for up to an hour while I do my house chores.
Usually, after a moisture treatment, I may or may not shampoo my hair because I want to suck all the moisture in.
And, I follow right after with an oil to seal the moisture.
Anyway, I hope you enjoy your weekend.
